Our MentorsNewERDF

The breadth of expertise and knowledge available from our mentors helps businesses to overcome issues and to grow. Our mentors are drawn from a diverse range of businesses and include accountants, engineers, HR experts, marketeers and manufacturers.

This diversity of skills across the scheme's mentors ensures that no business is excluded from receiving help. This help never turns into control or direction; mentors involved in the scheme act as a sounding board and business friend, helping to generate problem solving ideas and encourage strategic thinking. Crucially, mentors are objective and entirely non-judgmental; they do not enter an organisation and start issuing orders, but rather help to spot problems from an empathetic standpoint.
