The Make It Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire Investment Service invites you to its next commercial property event, sponsored by St Modwen.

Join us to hear about the success of St. Modwen Park Burton, a fantastic new development of high quality
industrial units. The next phase development will provide further high quality industrial space and create even more employment opportunities for the area. You’ll be brought up to speed on the new 64 acre Burton Gateway Industrial Park and future key developments.

Following the success of Burton Gateway the event will be held at the nearby newly built facility – ‘The Aspect’ Building at the National Memorial Arboretum.

The event will provide an opportunity to meet commercial property agents, developers, professional service providers and businesses; be brought up to speed with plans for the larger 175 acres mixed use scheme which includes residential development and to hear more about future growth and investment plans across the area.
