The work landscape has changed in so many ways since lockdown began in March.
This webinar looks at the effect the pandemic and lockdown has had on our mental health and wellbeing. Staff may be feeling anxious and vulnerable or may have lost loved ones or been ill themselves. There is now a new uncertainty to many things we have taken for granted in our previous world of work.
In addition, a strict cleaning and hygiene regime is now imperative, not only to keep employees, customers, and visitors safe, but also to prevent the spread of infection and provide the necessary reassurance that Government guidance is being followed to protect the health and safety of everyone.
Helen Dos Santos, Wellbeing & Resilience Life Coach, and owner of Horizons Coaching will be talking about the mental health aspect of staff returning to the workplace after lock down. She will be discussing the mental effects of lock down, how staff might be feeling and what managers can do to support them in a caring and respectful manner.
Suzanne Davy, director and owner of the Moorland Contract Group will be talking about the practical steps that need to be taken to re-open workplaces and premises to facilitate the safe return to work of staff, how to keep the workplace clean and guidance on the personal conduct of staff in the workplace.
