I would welcome the opportunity to serve as Chair of the Chamber Hospitality Forum at what is a defining moment for our sector. As a local hospitality and experiential business owner operating a restaurant, cafe, immersive theatrical dining experience and as a strategic partner with the Chamber, I am working first-hand with the commercial realities facing operators, from rising labour and VAT pressures to investment, property and workforce challenges. As well as my entrepreneurial endeavours I am also a fellow of the British American Project, between 2017 – 2020 I sat on the UK Committee and would bring a balanced, solutions-focused approach that represents independents and larger operators alike. Alongside this, I offer strong communication skills, media confidence and a proven ability to build collaborative initiatives that protect jobs, strengthen local supply chains and position hospitality as a vital economic and cultural driver for our region
