JCA Consulting’s Trudy Traynor Named Finalist for Employee of the Year.

JCA Consulting is proud to announce that Trudy Traynor, Business Manager at the firm, has been selected as a finalist for the Employee of the Year Award at the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce Business Awards 2025, sponsored by Ornua.

This prestigious award recognises an individual who has delivered sustained and exceptional performance over a prolonged period—showcasing unwavering dedication, impactful leadership, and meaningful contributions to both business operations and team development. Trudy’s remarkable journey, rapid progression, and strategic influence have made her a standout candidate.

Trudy joined JCA Consulting as a Senior Administrator and, within just six months, progressed to Business Manager—a role she redefined through sheer tenacity, versatility, and leadership. Simultaneously covering a 12-month maternity leave for her former role, Trudy managed dual responsibilities without compromise, proving her reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced business environment.

From streamlining administrative workflows to spearheading the implementation of a new project management system, Trudy has significantly improved internal processes and team collaboration. Trudy also took full ownership of JCA’s marketing and rebranding activity. She increased social media engagement, created in-house marketing materials, and saved the company substantial costs by reducing reliance on external agencies.

Beyond her own achievements, Trudy is a champion of team development. She introduced a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme, supports colleagues with award nominations, and actively mentors staff—helping them grow within their careers. Her focus on quality, learning, and innovation will be instrumental in supporting JCA Consulting’s continued national growth and industry leadership.
