Set your personal objectives, understand your working style and learn how to communicate with impact and handle mistakes and stress with confidence.
Leadership Foundations.
Learn the core skills that make a great leader, from managing effectively to building stronger relationships in the workplace.
Conflict Management.
Develop the skills to handle difficult conversations head on and navigate challenging team dynamics with clarity and composure.
Communication for Leaders.
Build a more assertive communication style and develop the emotional intelligence to get your message across and bring people with you.
Managing Time & Projects.
Learn to delegate, prioritise and manage small projects and stakeholder expectations, so you can handle greater responsibility without dropping the ball.
Developing Others.
Discover the fundamentals of coaching and mentoring, and learn how to support peer development and help build stronger teams around you.
Leadership Showcase.
Present to line managers and senior leaders, reflect on what you will do differently and be recognised for the progress you have made throughout the programme.

- Patron: £225 + VAT per person
- Members: £250 + VAT per person
- Non-Members: £500 + VAT per person
