Ryan Williams, Assistant Production Manager at Bri-Stor Systems, has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious Learning and Development Award at the 2025 Staffordshire Chambers Business Awards. Ryan’s journey from a Level 2 Engineering Technician apprentice to a key member of the Bri-Stor Systems leadership team is a shining example of how continuous development can support real change within an organisation.  From hands-on leadership on the production line to pioneering safety procedures for electric vehicle conversions, Ryan’s contributions have had a measurable impact on operational efficiency, employee training, and customer satisfaction.

A natural leader, Ryan has spearheaded a number of major initiatives within the business—from implementing a production hub to delivering electric vehicle safety training and supporting pathways for apprentices and new starters. “Ryan is a credit to himself and the business,” said Nick Haywood, Production Manager at Bri-Stor Systems. “When we needed him most, he stepped up without hesitation.
