Waterworld’s nomination highlights its 35-year commitment to delivering standout leisure experiences while investing in sustainability and the local community.
The Group’s portfolio includes the UK’s No.1 indoor aqua park, Waterworld; Adventure Mini Golf and the new Adventure Mini Village; premium M Club Spa and Fitness facilities; M Swim school; and Staffordshire’s first Montessori nursery.
Recent investments have driven a 5% year-on-year rise in admissions and guest spend, and over 1,700 solar panels now generate 80% of site energy. A revamped booking system has grown their subscriber base to 230,000, improving customer engagement and feedback.
Waterworld also delivers inclusive services such as SEND swimming lessons, mental health initiatives like Mindful Men groups, and partnerships with local organisations including Middleport Pottery and The New Vic Theatre. The Adventure Mini Village has become a hub for play-based learning, inclusivity, and community engagement—all proudly sourced and supported locally.
