Staffordshire Chambers has appointed local firm Complete Communications Staffordshire to deliver a new, exclusive member benefit: a free business mobile phone and IT cost audit, designed to help local businesses save money and make informed decisions.
This is the first dedicated mobile service included in the Chamber’s membership package, offering members no-obligation audits of their existing mobile contracts and related IT spend. The initiative aims to uncover hidden savings and optimise telecoms setups for businesses of all sizes.
The service will be delivered by Chamber member Complete Communications Staffordshire, a trusted local provider with a national reputation for transparent, consultative support. The company already partners with major organisations such as the Builders Merchants Federation (BMF).

Audits will cover all major networks – including Vodafone, O2, EE/BT and Three – and be tailored to each business’s needs, whether they are sole traders or growing SMEs. The service includes a full review of mobile usage, billing, device management and, where relevant, Microsoft licensing and wider IT costs.

As part of the agreement, Complete Communications Staffordshire will maintain an active presence within the Chamber network, engaging directly with members at events and through the Chamber team.
