Emerge show support for armed forces community by signing the Armed Forces Covenant.

Emerge Global, logistics and supply chain solutions provider have formally signed the Armed Forces Covenant, reaffirming their commitment to supporting serving personnel, veterans, reservists and their families.

By signing the Covenant, Emerge joins a growing network of UK organisations committed to ensuring that members of the Armed Forces community are treated with fairness and respect in civilian life.

Richard Harris, Co-Founder of Emerge, said: “Signing the Armed Forces Covenant is a proud moment for us,”

“It’s a reflection of the values we live by across the Emerge group of companies.

“From our warehouses to our leadership team, we’ve seen first-hand the skills, work ethic, and dedication that military personnel bring to the workplace. We’re committed to doing our part to support them in return.”

The Covenant formalises Emerge’s ongoing support through several initiatives, including actively recruiting from the veteran and reservist communities, offering flexibility for training and deployment, and supporting the employment of military spouses and family members.

The company also advocates for Armed Forces awareness within the wider business landscape.

Headquartered in Stoke-on-Trent, Emerge is a fast-growing logistics group with operations across the UK, Europe, and the Far East. It views its Armed Forces commitment not only as a responsibility, but as a strategic opportunity to access a highly skilled and values-driven talent pool.

“The Armed Forces Covenant sits perfectly within our culture,” added Mark Bigley, Co-Founder of Emerge.

“As we continue to expand across the UK, Europe and Far East we want to make sure we are creating opportunities that are inclusive, meaningful, and supportive for those who have given so much in service.”

Emerge says it looks forward to deepening engagement with the Armed Forces community both locally and nationally.

The Emerge Group of Companies specialises in global shipping, transport, e-commerce, and end-to-end supply chain management. Known for its agile, people-first approach, the company supports clients across multiple sectors with a focus on customer growth and operational efficiency.
