Harvey Beric Associates has entered an exciting new phase following the successful completion of a management buyout by long-standing team members Penny and Helen Spalding.

The pair, who bring a combined depth of experience in recruitment, operations and business administration, have taken ownership of the business with a shared commitment to maintaining the high-quality, personal service the firm has been known for since its launch in 1998.

Helen joined the company at its inception in an administrative role, progressing over the years to lead the accounts function, becoming a cornerstone of the business. Penny came on board in 2011 as a Recruiter and quickly became a key driver in the company’s growth and success.

Under their leadership, Harvey Beric Associates will continue to support local employers and candidates while looking to expand its reach to organisations seeking a friendly, flexible and service-driven recruitment partner.

As part of their plans for future growth and deeper local engagement, the business has now joined the Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce, signalling their ambition to embrace new opportunities and strengthen connections across the region.

With new leadership and long-held values firmly in place, Harvey Beric Associates looks ahead to its next chapter while continuing to build on the strong foundations established over the past 26 years.
