Abbey House Dental has been announced as a finalist for the Customer Service Excellence Award at the 2026 Staffordshire Chambers Business Awards, sponsored by NBE Brokers.
Built around a patient-first philosophy, Abbey House Dental has grown from a single Staffordshire practice into a multi-award-winning group spanning five practices and employing 130 people. Led by Amit and Mumta Jilka since 2012, the business now delivers comprehensive dental care entirely in-house, from orthodontics and implants to sedation and specialist treatments.
Customer service is embedded into every stage of the patient journey. The group has earned more than 2,300 five-star Google reviews, alongside independently verified satisfaction ratings of up to 98%. Over 8,000 patients have joined through word-of-mouth recommendations alone, while more than 11,000 new patients have been welcomed in the past three years. Purpose-designed calming environments, specialist support for nervous patients, and rapid-response enquiry systems have helped establish Abbey House Dental as one of Staffordshire’s leading dental providers.

The winners will be revealed at a gala awards ceremony at Uttoxeter Racecourse on Thursday 9 July 2026, followed by The After Party, a late-night celebration for finalists, winners and partners.
