Best of British Beer has been announced as a finalist for the Customer Service Excellence Award at the 2026 Staffordshire Chambers Business Awards, sponsored by NBE Brokers.

Supplying curated craft beer cases and subscription clubs from leading independent UK breweries, Best of British Beer has built a loyal national customer base over the past 15 years. Originally focused on beer enthusiasts, the business successfully expanded into gifting, which now accounts for around 70% of turnover, with long-standing partnerships including Funky Pigeon, Notonthehighstreet and, more recently, Moonpig.

Turnover increased by 50% in the last year following the launch of wholesale gifting partnerships and beer club products across Moonpig, Buyagift and Red Letter Days. Customer service remains central to the business, reflected in more than 9,000 independent Feefo reviews and a consistent 4.9-star rating. Personalised packing, rapid-response support, and thoughtful customer care have helped the company earn repeat custom, industry recognition, and several Platinum Service Awards.

The winners will be revealed at a gala awards ceremony at Uttoxeter Racecourse on Thursday 9 July 2026, followed by The After Party, a late-night celebration for finalists, winners and partners.
