Leading it are three mentors who bring real experience in leadership, communication and personal development, each taking the sessions that match their specialism.

Ian Kelsall is a customer experience and leadership specialist focused on operational performance and stakeholder engagement. He’s covering leadership foundations and managing time, projects and stakeholders.

Kirsty Hulse is a keynote speaker and confidence coach who works with global organisations on communication, influence and leadership. She’s leading the sessions on difficult conversations and communicating as a manager.

And finally, Henry C. Blanchard works with individuals and teams on self-leadership, confidence and developing others. He’s taking the sessions on leading yourself and coaching and mentoring others.
