SYTECH Consultants has been announced as a finalist for the Employer of the Year Award at the 2026 Staffordshire Chambers Business Awards, sponsored by Consultiv Utilities.
Operating from Stoke-on-Trent since 1978, SYTECH is a multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in digital forensics, cyber security and ISO consultancy, serving national government bodies and UK police forces. The team processes over one million illegal images annually, and SYTECH’s wellbeing response is built around that reality: biannual psychological screening, 24-hour counselling and structured peer debriefing for frontline practitioners.
Over the past year the business has delivered 1,046 hours of student placement learning across five university partnerships, 99% compliance training completion and 90+ hours of leadership development, attracting 41 applicants per vacancy across 15 roles.

The winners will be revealed at a gala awards ceremony at Uttoxeter Racecourse on Thursday 9 July 2026, followed by The After Party, a late-night celebration for finalists, winners and partners.
