Uttoxeter Racecourse has been announced as a finalist for the Customer Service Excellence Award at the 2026 Staffordshire Chambers Business Awards, sponsored by NBE Brokers.

Set within 110 acres of Staffordshire countryside, Uttoxeter Racecourse welcomes more than 100,000 visitors each year across race days, conferences, weddings, concerts, and large-scale public events. Alongside flagship fixtures such as the Midlands Grand National, the venue has strengthened its reputation through major entertainment events and a thriving corporate hospitality offer.

Customer experience sits at the heart of the business, with every client supported by a dedicated team member from enquiry through to event delivery. In 2024 alone, the venue hosted 94 events and achieved an 84% repeat business rate within its non-racing sectors. Investment in staff training, accessibility, sustainability, and a planned £3 million facilities upgrade reflects a long-term commitment to service excellence, backed by strong reviews, industry accreditations, and award-winning hospitality standards.

The winners will be revealed at a gala awards ceremony at Uttoxeter Racecourse on Thursday 9 July 2026, followed by The After Party, a late-night celebration for finalists, winners and partners.
