One of Staffordshire’s leading visitor attractions is expanding its workforce ahead of the busy summer season.

Waterworld Leisure Resort is hosting a recruitment event on Monday 29 June, giving prospective employees the opportunity to explore a range of seasonal roles across the business, including Waterworld, the Aqua Park, Mini Golf and Mini Village.

The event will feature presentations and guided tours led by the management team, offering an insight into the day-to-day operation of the leisure resort and the variety of career opportunities available. Attendees will also have the chance to speak directly with existing team members and learn more about working for one of the region’s best-known leisure destinations.

The recruitment drive comes as Waterworld prepares for increased visitor demand over the summer months, with vacancies available across catering, reception and lifeguarding, alongside other customer-facing roles.

Prospective applicants are encouraged to bring a copy of their CV, details of their availability through to early September and evidence of any relevant qualifications. While previous lifeguarding qualifications are welcomed, full training can be provided for successful candidates.
