Resilience and Bouncing Forward

Personal resilience is the resource you use to bounce back after stressful events. The workshop will help to understand how a lack of resilience can affect us and offer resilience strategies to enhance your capacity to bounce forward.

Every minute you take to work on your wellbeing will lead to feeling healthier, an improved mood, increased productivity, and an enhanced ability to cope with any challenges you are facing.
