Future Finest

Future Finest is a members’ organisation run by and for future leaders in professional services role within Staffordshire. This grew out of two issues which were becoming increasingly important. A concerted effort was required to make Staffordshire more attractive to professionals starting or developing their career. In order for the local economy to flourish it requires more qualified and knowledge-based jobs, as found in the professional sector. In order for Future Finest members to flourish they require a pool of talented staff to draw on and that means better retention rates and more effective local and national recruitment.
