Staffordshire Chambers is delighted to confirm that former Lioness and Euro 2022 winner, Jill Scott MBE, will be headlining Octobers’ 2022 Staffordshire Business Festival.
One of the country’s most decorated footballers, Jill’s glistening career included a total of 161 England caps and 27 international goals – with her final outing for the three lions seeing her lift the Euros trophy on home soil this summer. During her time in the game, Jill won every domestic honour on offer, including the Women’s Super League title with Manchester City in 2017.
Jill joins us to discuss her experiences as a female football player, drawing on the leadership qualities and strategies she implemented throughout her career that saw her win nine domestic honours and feature in 10 major international tournaments.
We will also be talking about the parallels between elite sport and the day-to-day management of the coffee shop she runs in Manchester, ‘Boxx2Boxx Coffee’.
