The Responsible Business Accelerator, funded Stoke-on-Trent City Council and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, can SMEs/VCSEs with clear and easy-to-understand processes for developing, implementing, and measuring responsible and sustainable business strategies and actions, leading to a locally recognised accreditation.
Support is provided through a comprehensive innovative online platform, alongside peer mentoring and a dedicated Responsible Business Advisor.
This project will run from September 2023-June 2024 and will engage with 15 Stoke-on-Trent SME’s/VSCE’s or various sizes and sectors.
Each business will create four action pledges to increase their sustainability across the following four priority areas – Employment and Skills, Green and Sustainable, Championing Local and Communities.
