Delivered by Strategi Solutions, this session, that is free to attend for all Future Finest members, will give participants the skills and knowledge needed to help effectively resolve conflict at work.
The session will also explore the ‘Win Win’ model, the five styles of conflict resolution and when each is most appropriate, as well as the HIP Approach to feedback.
Groups will enjoy facilitated group discussions – making it the perfect environment to learn and network.
