Launch of Excellence in Staffordshire

Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce is delighted to launch a brand-new programme, Excellence in Staffordshire in conjunction with performance improvement specialists, Investors in Excellence to get you to that place of excellence that puts you ahead of the competition.
The Excellence in Staffordshire toolkit is not another administration-heavy burden that will turn off your employees and confuse your customers. It’s a series of uncomplicated tools and modules to guide you at every stage of your journey.
The launch event will include a keynote presentation on achieving excellence from David Webster, CEO of the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, recently recognised for excellence in high quality palliative and end of life care.

10.30am – Refreshments and networking
11.00am – Welcome and introduction to Excellence in Staffordshire from Chris Plant, Deputy CEO, Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce and Judy Hart, CEO, Investors in Excellence Group
11.15am – Kevin Hart, MD and Programme Director Investors in Excellence Group – How Excellence in Staffordshire will work. Kevin is an alumnus of Staffordshire University and his research into excellence practice has proved a 280% performance improvement.
11.30am – David Webster, CEO, Douglas MacMillan Hospice – David will outline why he chose Investors in Excellence and how they achieve excellence as a centre for palliative and end of life care.
