This introductory Innovation workshop will demonstrate how transforming your company’s future strategic customer base is the single most important source of sustaining wealth creation in any business by:-
- Assessing the strength, quality, and profits growth potential of your existing customer base.
- Developing a profile of your company’s ‘ideal customer’ and assessing the extent to which your existing customers match it.
- Using a Disruptive Innovation model to assess which customers are willing to pay a premium price for the finest products/services and which are price-led, then seeing how you may change your existing profile.
- Going beyond competing in existing markets to creating new customers and new marketspaces that your company and industry may not be serving at present.
