Delivered with full CPD-accreditation by Strategi Solutions, this session, that is free to attend for all Future Finest members, will help participants to understand the difference between leadership and management – and the value of each
The session will also explore the four Situational Leadership types and when to use these appropriately, the skills required to be an effective leader, as well as State positive actions which can be taken to engage each of the different followship types.
